I’m throwing a party. Who wants to come?
President of Zuhairistan. Remember to vote for me!
Not at all. When you mean live with their parents, in what regard? Like for a son or daughter to live with their family after marriage? It does happen for sure, but it’s not a must or 100% scenario, but it’s definitely normal.
I think the reason it’s frowned by Americans, because that sense of family and the relationship children has with their parents isn’t the same compared to families from the East. And this is from my observation. From all the American friends I have ever had, maybe 1 or 2 were similar to families from the East. The rest are like dying to get out of their parents clutch and seek “freedom”.
But yeah. Hope that answers your question.
I feel so free right now, this feeling is indescribable. Like I have 3 finals next week and a portfolio submission but I’m not stressing those at all. Even though I should be. I wanna watch a movie! Who got suggestions?
Or should I finish Whit Collar?
I miss my niece so much. Like coming home from work/school and seeing her play with her toys just made me so happy.
But she’s enjoying herself in Mashhad. InshaAllah I’ll see her in a couple.
I may want to do that anonymous URL thing tonight. I mean I’m free now. Well just temporarily lol
How humiliating would it be for Allah to take your life away while you’re in the midst of sin and evil?
Just the thought of it is terrifying.
Tonight when I go home, I’m gonna take some NyQuil and say goodbye to the world.
I’m really sick and tired of seeing our clerics and scholars adding their own salt and pepper to the tragedy of Karbala for whatever reasons.
The message of Karbala, if truly understood, you don’t need to do that. The message itself is powerful enough to resonate within your heart. I don’t need to hear the rest.
